Ingredients

For 4 toasts:
  • 1 jar of Sardinade 110g Jean Martin
  • 4 slices of country bread
  • A few rocket leaves or sprouted seeds
  • A few cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • A few radishes cut into strips

Recipe

Toast the slices of country bread.

Spread a tablespoon of Jean Martin Sardinade on each slice of bread. Arrange the cherry tomatoes cut in half and the radish slices, then add a little rocket or sprouted seeds. Serve immediately for an aperitif or starter: simple and perfect!
