Frequently asked questions
Here you will find answers to the most common questions about our products, the online store, delivery, gift boxes, allergen information and the recycling of our glass jars.
Orders and online store
To place an order, select your products on our website, add them to your cart, then follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment information. You will then receive a confirmation by email.
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before shipment. For any request, please contact our customer service at boutique@jeanmartin.fr.
We accept bank cards and cheque payments for certain orders. All payments are secure.
Delivery
Orders are generally shipped within 7 business days. The total lead time (shipping + delivery) is 9 to 11 business days depending on the chosen carrier.
- Metropolitan France: €9 inc. VAT for orders up to €85, free delivery for orders over this amount.
- Belgium: €12 inc. VAT (flat rate).
These fees include packaging, handling, and shipping.
Yes, a tracking link is sent to you as soon as the order is shipped. You can track your package online with Colissimo or DPD Point Relais, depending on the chosen method.
Returns and Warranties
To ensure your food safety, we cannot accept returns of consumable food products for standard return reasons.
However, if your product arrived damaged, defective, or not in conformity with your order, please contact our customer service with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the product. We are committed to offering you a replacement or a refund.
For health and hygiene reasons, food products cannot be returned for personal reasons. We invite you to carefully check your order before validating it.
All our products are carefully made from 100% natural ingredients. We guarantee the freshness, conformity, and quality of each product. In case of a delivery problem or defective product, we assure a quick replacement or refund.
Allergens and product information
Yes, all major allergens (gluten, milk, nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, sesame, fish, shellfish, etc.) are clearly indicated on our labels and online product sheets. Any traces are also noted.
No, all our products are made from natural ingredients, without dyes, preservatives, GMOs, added flavors or additives.
The majority of our dishes are rated A or B on the Nutri-Score, guaranteeing a healthy and balanced composition.
Some of our products, such as our spreads and tapenades, do not have a Nutri-Score. This does not mean they are of lower quality: these products are 100% natural, without preservatives, additives, or GMOs, and are made from carefully selected ingredients.
The Nutri-Score is not mandatory for all products, and in the case of spreads, their traditional composition, rich in fats, does not necessarily reflect the quality or naturalness of the product.

Yes, some products are only available in-store, such as Gran’Draille, Olives Cassées from the Baux Valley starting in September, or our "Boutique Recipes" range.
Gifts & sets
You can order our boxes directly on the website or custom-made at the Maussane shop. They can be shipped anywhere in France and Belgium.

Recycling and Environment
Our glass jars are recyclable and reusable. You can drop them off at local recycling centers, or reuse them at home to store your preparations, create candle holders, pencil pots, or mini-gardens. Check out our recycling ideas.
