For Jean Martin, flavor and food safety are absolute priorities. Our recipes are made with 100% natural products, prepared from rigorously selected vegetables and olives, through sustainable partnerships with local farmers. All our products are cooked without colorings, preservatives, GMOs, or added additives or flavors.

All ingredients are detailed on our labels and on the product pages of this site. To ensure maximum transparency, major allergens (gluten, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, sesame, fish, shellfish, etc.) are specifically mentioned. Any traces of allergens are also indicated.
