Jean Martin is a family cannery for 3 generations, and has become a reference in Provençal and Mediterranean cuisine. All our products are 100% natural, without colorants or preservatives, and we work every day to ensure that at least 70% of the ingredients are grown in Provence.

Ingredients and nutritional values

Ingredients: Beldi black olives from Morocco, Greek-style (69%), Grossane black olives from Provence in brine (13%), extra virgin olive oil, capers (4%), lemon juice from concentrate, salt, ANCHOVIES, spirit drink, bay leaf, Provence PGI thyme (0.2%), pepper, savory, vinegar.

Storage and packaging

Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
