Description

A soft and tasty recipe, easy to prepare, made with red peppers specially selected for their sweetness, cooked with onions and crushed tomatoes, to be prepared as a loaf accompanied by a tomato sauce with peppers and extra virgin olive oil.

This pepper loaf preparation makes a delicious and original starter for 4 to 6 people, to be prepared the day before and served warm or cold with the sauce.

Simply mix the contents of the Jean Martin jar with 6 eggs and 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche, then bake it in a cake tin for 35 minutes in the oven (200°C).

Jean Martin is a family cannery for 3 generations, having become a reference in Provençal and Mediterranean cuisine. All our products are 100% natural, without colorings or preservatives, and we work daily to ensure that at least 70% of the ingredients are grown in Provence.
