Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix the vegetable loaf preparation with the two eggs.
  3. Add the parmesan and flour gradually, mixing until you reach a smooth consistency.
  4. Shape into patties and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs to get a crispy surface.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the patties are golden brown.
  6. Serve hot, accompanied by the sauce of your choice.
