La livraison est-elle offerte ?

La livraison de votre commande est offerte dès 85 € d'achat en France métropolitaine.

Quelle est la durée de conservation des produits ?

Nos conserves se conservent jusqu’à environ 5 ans avant ouverture, dans un endroit sec et à température ambiante. Après ouverture, nous vous recommandons de conserver le produit au réfrigérateur et de le consommer dans un délai de 3 jours pour garantir toute sa fraîcheur et ses qualités gustatives.

Comment sont emballés mes produits pour éviter la casse ?

Nous prenons le plus grand soin lors de l’expédition de vos bocaux. Chaque produit est emballé individuellement avec des matériaux protecteurs et placé dans des cartons renforcés pour garantir qu’il arrive intact.
En cas de casse ou de produit endommagé, contactez-nous dès réception avec une photo : nous vous proposerons un remplacement ou un remboursement rapide.

Où se situe la production de vos recettes ?

La production de nos conserves se fait dans notre propre atelier, au cœur de la Provence. Cela nous permet d’assurer traçabilité, qualité et respect des normes alimentaires, tout en garantissant des produits frais et soigneusement contrôlés.
