A great classic from the brand: for 30 years, Jean Martin has been selecting fresh eggplants, whose pulp he cooks with local Grossane black olives, garlic, and herbs, in extra virgin olive oil. A real delight on toasted bread or in cooking!
The 380g format allows you to make an eggplant loaf for 4 to 6 people:
To do this, simply mix the contents of the Jean Martin jar with 6 eggs and 3 tablespoons of fresh cream, then bake it in a cake mold for 35 minutes in the oven (210°C).
