Description

Jean Martin is a family cannery for 3 generations, and has become a reference for Provençal and Mediterranean cuisine. All our products are 100% natural, with no colorants or preservatives, and we work daily to ensure that at least 70% of the ingredients are grown in Provence.

Ingredients and nutritional values

GREEN TAPENADE: Salonenque or Béruguette green olives from Provence (88%), extra virgin olive oil, capers (3%), lemon juice, salt, ALMOND, anchovies (FISH), fennel, vinegar, pepper.
BLACK TAPENADE: Beldi black olives from Morocco, Greek-style (69%), Grossane black olives from Provence, natural (13%), extra virgin olive oil, capers (4%), lemon juice from concentrate, salt, ANCHOVIES, spirit drink, bay leaf, PDO Provence thyme (0.2%), pepper, savory, vinegar.
HOUMOUS: Cooked chickpeas 62% (chickpeas, water, salt), extra virgin olive oil, water, preserved lemons 4.6% (preserved lemons, water, salt), salt, concentrated lemon juice, ras el-hanout.
DRIED TOMATO CREAM: Rehydrated dried tomatoes 48% (water, dried tomatoes, salt), extra virgin olive oil, tomato coulis, sunflower oil, wine vinegar, garlic, sugar 0.6%, PDO Provence thyme 0.3%, salt.
AUBERGINE CAVIAR: Aubergines (76%), sunflower oil, Grossane black olives from Provence (1.5%), parsley, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, savory, concentrated lemon juice.
ANCHOÏADE DELIGHT: Green olives from Provence (olives, salt, fennel) 41%, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salted ANCHOVIES (20%), vinegar, garlic, pepper.
