Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Chop the onion and garlic. Sauté in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the spinach. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Sauté and add the cream, lower the heat, and cook for a few moments. Set aside.
Slice the mushrooms thinly.
Roll out both pastry doughs.
Place one of them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread with tapenade and arrange the mushrooms. Then add the spinach mixture.
Cover with the second pastry dough.
Mix the egg yolks and brush them over the pie.
Bake for 20 minutes.
