Brush the pastry with tapenade.
Cover with another puff pastry sheet.
Using a knife or a pizza cutter, cut the pastry circle into a Christmas tree shape.
Make incisions on each side of the triangle to form the tree branches. Twist each branch one after the other.
Brush the tree with a beaten egg using a brush.
Preheat the oven to 210°C. Once hot, bake the tree for 25 minutes.
