- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix the yeast with the flour. Incorporate the Parmesan and the whole egg, then knead the mixture. Loosen the dough with the black Tapenade.
- Add the Fig Confit and herbs de Provence.
- Form a dough log and cut thin slices to place on a greased baking sheet, spacing the cookies well apart.
- Decorate with Parmesan shavings.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
