Wash and slice the tomato and cucumber.

Heat the tortilla in the microwave for 10 seconds before filling.
Spread with Aubergine Cream and place the raw vegetable slices in the center of the tortilla.
Add the marinated peppers and brie lengthwise, then finish with a few lamb's lettuce leaves.
Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with pine nuts and fried onions.
Fold the ends of the two opposite sides of the wrap inwards. Roll up the remaining two sides, keeping it tightly wrapped. Secure the wrap with 2 wooden picks to keep it closed.
To obtain two equal wraps, cut it crosswise.
