North-South Salmon Bagel

Ingredients

For 4 people:
  • 1 jar of green tapenade 110g Jean Martin
  • 100g smoked salmon
  • 4 bagel buns
  • ½ Sweet onion
  • Spinach leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Pink berries
  • Salt

Recipe

Cut the loaves horizontally and toast them in the oven or toaster.

Finely slice the onion and mix it with the spinach leaves.

Season everything with an olive oil vinaigrette and set aside.

Spread the bread generously with Green Tapenade.

Slice the smoked salmon into strips and place them on a spread slice.

Add a few baby spinach leaves.

Close the bagel and serve.

Depending on the season, add a few slices of cucumber!

For more deliciousness, add pieces of feta.
