A great classic from the brand: for 30 years, Jean Martin has been selecting fresh eggplants, whose pulp he cooks with local Grossane black olives, garlic, and herbs, in extra virgin olive oil.
Jean Martin is a family cannery for 3 generations, having become a benchmark for Provençal and Mediterranean cuisine. All our products are 100% natural, without colorants or preservatives, and we work daily so that at least 70% of the ingredients are grown in Provence.
