Gran'Draille 110g
with Grossane olives from Provence
La Gran'Draille ... named after the Martin family orchard, at the foot of Les Baux-de-Provence. This specialty is a pure extract of Grossane black olive flesh, debittered and candied in brine for 1 year.
Its strong and fragrant taste makes it a "magical" ingredient for many recipes: enhancing mashed potatoes or an omelet, livening up a vinaigrette (ideal with endives), or simply as an appetizer on toast.
Jean Martin has been a family cannery for 3 generations, becoming a benchmark in Provençal and Mediterranean cuisine. All our products are 100% natural, without colorants or preservatives, and we work daily to ensure that at least 70% of the ingredients are grown in Provence.
