The crushed tomatoes are delicately cooked with onions and flavored with thyme, bay leaf, and rosemary. They are ideal for cooking braised meats, pasta, rice, or as a base for bruschettas.

Jean Martin is a family cannery for 3 generations, and has become a benchmark for Provençal and Mediterranean cuisine. All our products are 100% natural, without colorants or preservatives, and we work daily to ensure that at least 70% of the ingredients are grown in Provence.

La pulpe contient des morceaux de tomates pour donner de la texture aux cuissons longues. Le coulis est une sauce lisse et fluide, prête à l'emploi pour napper vos plats. Le concentré est une pâte dense qui s'utilise en petite quantité pour intensifier le goût et colorer vos sauces.
