Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix the yeast with the flour.
Add the Parmesan and the whole egg, then knead the mixture.
Add the Dried Tomato Cream.
Dice the dried tomatoes and chorizo and incorporate them into the dough.
On a greased baking sheet, place balls of dough, spacing them out well. Flatten the cookies and sprinkle with pine nuts.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
