Difficulty

Easy
Ingredients
for 4 people

These ratatouille and feta mini-pizzas are perfect for a convivial finger-food dinner: our jar of Jean Martin Ratatouille replaces the classic tomato sauce for extra indulgence.

Preparation

Flour the work surface. Divide the pizza dough into 10 equal pieces and roll them out.

Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan.

Place 2 tablespoons of Ratatouille on the dough bases.

Add the crumbled feta, the olives, and a few pine nuts.

Bake the pizzette for 15-20 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

Our tip

Drain the ratatouille slightly before topping the pizzette: this prevents a soggy dough base during baking.

Variation

Replace the feta with mozzarella for a meltier version, or add a few anchovies for extra character.

Pairings & suggestions

These pizzette are best enjoyed as an appetizer with a chilled Provence rosé.
