French green lentils, simmered with zucchini, carrots, and tomatoes, seasoned with a mild curry and coconut milk. A complete dish, rich in fiber and protein, with no added sugar.

Vegetable Chili

Red beans cooked with tomatoes, peppers, and carrots, subtly seasoned with Espelette pepper PDO and cumin for a spicy yet balanced flavor.

Jean Martin is a family cannery for 3 generations, which has become a reference in Provencal and Mediterranean cuisine. All our products are 100% natural, without colorants or preservatives, and we work daily so that at least 70% of the ingredients are grown in Provence.

Ingredients and nutritional values

LENTIL CURRY: Vegetables 77% (tomato 20%, zucchini 20%, carrot 13%, bell pepper, tomato coulis 8%, onion), lentils 6%, coconut milk 6%, water, extra virgin olive oil, curry 0.7% (MUSTARD), salt, garlic, concentrated lemon juice. May contain traces of gluten and soy.

VEGETABLE CHILI: Vegetables 49% (tomato coulis 15%, bell pepper 10%, tomato 10%, carrot 8%, onion 6%), water, rehydrated red beans 23%, extra virgin olive oil, salt, spices (including cumin 0.17%, Espelette pepper 0.13%), garlic. May contain traces of gluten and soy.

Storage and packaging

Store at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
