Difficulty

Easy
Ingredients
for 4 people
  • 1 jar of Poivronade
  • 1 puff pastry, ideally rectangular
  • 100g smoked salmon slices
  • 80g rocket
  • ½ preserved lemon

This express tart with our Jean Martin Poivronade and smoked salmon is prepared in a flash, perfect for a starter or a light, flavor-packed meal.

Preparation

  • Spread the jar of Jean Martin Poivronade over a sheet of puff pastry and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
  • Thinly slice 100g of smoked salmon and half a preserved lemon. Distribute them over the hot Poivronade tart.
  • Drizzle with a little olive oil and add a few arugula leaves.

Our tip

Place the smoked salmon on the tart while it is still warm but not scorching hot: the gentle heat from the tart base awakens the salmon's aromas without cooking it.

Variation

Replace the smoked salmon with smoked trout for a slightly different flavor profile.

Pairings & suggestions
