Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Rinse and drain the pre-cooked chickpeas. Place them in an oven-safe dish, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with turmeric.
Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C, stirring halfway through. Set aside.
Put the couscous in a bowl and add 300ml of boiling salted water. Wait 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
Meanwhile, separately heat the couscous vegetables for 5 minutes in a saucepan over low heat.
Set aside.
Chop the onion and pecans. Soak the raisins in water for a few minutes, then drain. Chop the dates.
Pour everything with the vegetables over the couscous and mix.
Season with salt and pepper.
