This gourmet panini with coppa, mozzarella, and our Jean Martin Sun-dried Tomato Cream can be prepared in just a few minutes for a quick and tasty lunch.

Preparation

  • Open the panini bread and spread with Sun-dried Tomato Cream.
  • Add 2 slices of coppa per panini, ½ mozzarella cut into slices, 2 tomato slices, and finish with a teaspoon of Pesto.
  • Sear on both sides in a pan with a little bit of fat or in a panini press.

Our tip

Press the panini down lightly with a spatula during cooking to seal the ingredients together and get clear grill marks.

Variation

For a vegetarian version, replace the coppa with grilled eggplant.
