Traditionally cooked at the end of summer with good, sun-drenched vegetables from the garden, Pistou Soup is a tasty and warm recipe from our Provencal region.
Our recipe brings together 6 vegetables: mojettes de Vendée AOP (white beans), tomatoes, zucchini, green beans, leeks, carrots, as well as potatoes, cooked in extra virgin olive oil and flavored with basil.
