Jean Martin invents an organic Mediterranean Tabbouleh, inspired by his classic recipe but delicately sweetened with raisins and honey for more roundness in the mouth.
The ingredients are carefully selected for a tasty and balanced recipe suitable for vegetarians.
Preparation kit consisting of a sachet of semi-complete durum wheat semolina (120g) and a preparation jar (360g)

Jean Martin has been a family cannery for 3 generations, which has become a reference in Provençal and Mediterranean cuisine. All our products are 100% natural, without colorings or preservatives, and we work daily to ensure that at least 70% of the ingredients are grown in Provence.

Ingredients :
1 sachet of semi-complete durum WHEAT semolina*.
1 jar of sauce: tomatoes*, onions*, lemon juice*, extra virgin olive oil*, raisins* (3.3% contains deodorized sunflower oil*), mint*, parsley*, honey* (0 .7%), salt. *Ingredients from Organic Farming.
Recipes :
Mix the contents of the jar and the sachet. Let sit for at least 30 minutes. Serve very chilled. You can add a lemon zest for freshness, or serve it as a complete dish with grilled lamb, dates and flaked almonds.
