Created more than 50 years ago, the Manon confectionery is located in Peyruis in the Alpes de Haute-Provence, in the heart of the Val de Durance.

With its 21 employees, it specializes in the manufacture of Nougats, Calissons, fine chocolates and other sweets.

Handcrafted with whole blanched almonds, slices of candied melon traditionally grown in Provence. Guaranteed to be free of preservatives, additives, colorings and flavors!
