Pistou soup with roasted scallops

Ingredients

For 4 people:
  • 1 jar of Pistou Soup 780g Jean Martin
  • 6 scallops
  • Salt pepper

Recipe

Warm the pistou soup in a saucepan.

Sear 6 beautiful scallops in a little olive oil on a very hot pan for 1 minute on each side. Salt, pepper.

In a deep plate, distribute the soup and arrange the Scallops.

Suggestion: add a few sprigs of samphire for presentation.
