Since 1920, Jean Martin has been inventing products based on vegetables, olives, Provence and the Mediterranean. It is therefore quite natural that we created a real preparation for couscous, rich in specially selected vegetables: tomatoes, zucchini, carrots, peppers, chickpeas, cooked together and seasoned with a mixture of sweet ras el-hanout spices and fragrant.
Jean Martin has been a family cannery for 3 generations, which has become a reference in Provençal and Mediterranean cuisine. All our products are 100% natural, without colorings or preservatives, and we work daily to ensure that at least 70% of the ingredients are grown in Provence.

Recipes :
Simply serve plain with 250 g of semolina, or customize with the meat of your choice: merguez, chicken thighs or lamb chops...

Ingredients :
Zucchini (20%), water, tomatoes (15%), tomato coulis (15%), peppers (10%), carrots (10%), chickpeas (5.5%), onions (4%), oil extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, lemon juice, salt, cane sugar, garlic, ras el-hanout (0.1%).
Conservation :
After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
