Provencal paella

Ingredients

For 6 to 8 people :
  • 1 jar of Ratatouille 600g
  • 300g long rice
  • 4 slices of raw ham cut into pieces
  • Thinly sliced chorizo
  • 12 to 16 prawns
  • 1 lemon
  • Olive oil

Recipe

In a frying pan, brown the slices of chorizo and the raw ham for 1 minute, set aside.

Brown the prawns until completely cooked (around 5 minutes), set aside.

Keep the cooking juices at the bottom of the frying pan, pour in the rice and brown it for 1 minute.

Add the water (2 parts water for 1 part rice) and let reduce for about 10 minutes.

When the rice is cooked, add the ratatouille, chorizo, ham and prawns. Add salt to your taste.

Serve with lemon wedges.
