Gratin de pommes de terre à l'Anchoïade

Ingredients
- 1 jar of Anch’olivade 110g
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 25cl of milk
- 25 cl of whole crème fraîche
- 50g grated cheese
Recipe
Butter a gratin mold.
Cut the potatoes into the thinnest possible strips and place them in the mold.
Gently heat 25cl of crème fraîche and 25cl of milk in a saucepan.
As soon as the mixture is hot, mix 1 jar of Anch'olivade 110g. Salt.
Pour over the potatoes until they reach the height.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 180°C for 45 min to 1 hour.
