Recipe for Eggplant Pads with Meat

Ingredients

  • Eggplant caviar Jean Martin 380g
  • 200g minced veal, beef or lamb
  • 3 eggs
  • Mint
  • Pepper
  • Brick sheets

Recipe

Beat the 3 eggs and mix them with the contents of the jar of eggplant caviar.

Brown the meat in a little olive oil.

Add it to the preparation with a little chopped mint and chili pepper. Salt.

Divide the mixture into 6 to 8 pastry sheets. Fold the sides and fold to obtain small pads.

Cook for 15 minutes in a hot oven (200°C).
