Roasted Camembert recipe with Gran'draille

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Gran'draille 110g Jean Martin
  • 2 not-too-done camemberts
  • Thyme
  • Honey
  • Olive oil

Recipe

Pour a drizzle of olive oil into the bottom of each ramekin

Cut the camemberts in two widthwise, halfway up, delicately.

Place a nice teaspoon of Gran'draille on 1 slice of Camembert and close it with the other without pressing too much. Place them in our ramekins.

Pour 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of olive oil over each Camembert, then sprinkle them with a little thyme.

Bake at 180°C for 20 min.

Serve hot, accompanied by a green salad.
