- Emmental slices (1 per hamburger)
- 1 jar of onion confit 140g Jean Martin
- 1 jar of Jean Martin Provence Barbecue sauce 250g
Recipe
Form the steaks, allowing approximately 150g per person and cook them until golden On the bottom of the bread, place a spoonful of Jean Martin Onion Confit, the steak, a slice of cheese, a spoonful of Barbecue sauce Provence Jean Martin, then the top of the bread.
