Lasagna recipe with eggplant riste

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of JM eggplant riste 600g
  • 250g lasagna
  • 2 glasses of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche
  • grated cheese

Recipe

Put a layer of eggplant riste at the bottom of the gratin dish, cover it with lasagna sheets, and so on until you have about 3 layers. Pour the milk and crème fraîche on top and top with grated cheese. Place in the oven (180°) for around 30 min. Serve hot with a nice salad.
