Eggplant Riste Pie Jean Martin

Ingredients

For 1 pie:
  • 1 jar of eggplant riste 600g Jean Martin
  • 1 log of goat cheese
  • 2 rolls of puff pastry
  • 1 egg yolk to brown the dough

Recipe

Spread the first puff pastry in a pie mold. Prick it with a fork.

Distribute the drained Aubergine Riste on the puff pastry, then 8 slices of goat cheese log.

Place the second dough and weld it with the one below.

Brown with the egg yolk.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes.

Serve this complete pie with a green salad dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
