Salmon makis and eggplant caviar Jean Martin

Ingredients

For 4 people / 16 makis:
  • 1 jar of eggplant caviar 110g Jean Martin
  • 4 slices of sandwich bread
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • 200g of bush
  • 1 C. teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 1 C. teaspoon of pink berries
  • 1 C. savory coffee

Recipe

Mix the eggplant bush and caviar, add the savory, ground black pepper and crushed pink berries.

Flatten the slices of sandwich bread using a rolling pin.

Spread the eggplant bush/caviar mixture then add a slice of salmon per slice of bread.

Roll the toasts tightly and cut them into 4.

Insert a pick into each maki to prevent it from unrolling, and place them on a serving dish.
