Sundried tomato cream panini

Ingredients

For 2 people:
  • 1 jar of Jean Martin dried tomato cream 110g
  • 1 jar of Pistou Jean Martin 100g
  • 2 panini buns
  • 4 slices of coppa
  • 1 ball of mozzarella cut into slices
  • 1 tomato

Recipe

Open the panini bread and spread with Sundried Tomato Cream.

Add 2 slices of coppa, ½ mozzarella cut into slices, 2 slices of tomato, and finish with a teaspoon of Pistou per panini.

Sear on both sides in a pan in a little fat or in a panini press.
