Martin style hot dog

Ingredients

For 4 people:
  • 1 jar of eggplant caviar 110g
  • 1 jar of onion confit 140g
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 500g minced lamb or beef
  • 1 tsp Espelette pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp of granulated garlic
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt pepper

White sauce :
  • 2 Greek yogurts
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil
  • chive
  • mint or coriander
  • salt pepper

Recipe

Mix all the spices and herbs with the minced meat and form 4 sausages.

Cook them in a pan in a little fat.

Open the bread and spread generously with eggplant caviar on one side and onion confit on the other.

Seed the half cucumber and cut it into cubes.

Prepare a yogurt sauce by mixing the cucumber with all the ingredients listed for the sauce.

Place the sausage in the bread and top with the sauce.
