Ingredients

For 4 people:
  • 1 jar of Ratatouille 600g Jean Martin
  • 4 medium-sized fresh eggs
  • Rocket

Recipe

Preheat the oven to 70°C, fan position.

Place the eggs with their shells in the oven for 1 hour in a suitable dish.

Heat the Ratatouille in a saucepan then place a little at the bottom of a bowl.

Carefully peel the eggs and place them on the ratatouille, then cover with arugula.
