Ingredients

For 8 samosas:
  • 1 jar of black Tapenade 110g Jean Martin
  • 8 sheets of brick
  • 1 fresh goat’s cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • Walnut kernels

Recipe

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a bowl, mix the Tapenade with the honey.

Fold the brick sheets in thirds to form a rectangle. Place a tbsp. of tapenade/honey mixture on one end of a width of this rectangle.

Add a piece of goat cheese and walnut kernels.

Cover the preparation by folding the corner of the rectangle diagonally to form a triangle.

Take this triangle and fold it along the fold. Repeat over the entire length.

Insert the rest of the dough into the folds of the triangles.

Bake for 20 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
