Winter tabbouleh

Ingredients

For 4 people:
  • 1 Tabbouleh 630g Jean Martin
  • 1 butternut squash
  • Olive oil
  • Slivered almonds
  • Herbs of Provence
  • Salt pepper

Recipe

Preheat the oven to 220°C.

Make the Jean Martin Tabbouleh and leave to rest for 30 minutes.

Wash the butternut squash then split it in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

With a knife, score the flesh and drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper and Provence herbs.

On a baking tray, covered with parchment paper, place the butternut halves.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.

Remove the butternuts from the oven and remove the cubes of flesh.

Mix the squash flesh with the Tabbouleh and put the mixture in a baking dish.

Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil, sprinkle with flaked almonds and place the dish on the grill at 180°C for 10 minutes.
