Ingredients

  • 1 Black tapenade 110g Jean Martin
  • 1 Crushed tomatoes 240g Jean Martin
  • 1 Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 cucumber diced
  • A few chopped parsley or coriander leaves
  • Salt pepper

Recipe

Prepare a tatsiki by mixing the yogurt, olive oil, cucumber, chopped parsley or coriander, a pinch of salt and pepper.

Present the verrine garnished with 3 layers: crushed tomatoes at the bottom, then black tapenade and finally tatsiki.

Add a drizzle of olive oil and a sprig of coriander, it's ready!
