Fine crunchy vegetable tapenade tart

Ingredients

  • 1 organic black tapenade 110g
  • 1 puff pastry
  • vegetables: asparagus, radish, zucchini, carrot, fennel.
  • lime

Recipe

Bake the dough between 2 baking sheets for 15 to 20 minutes at 200°C.

Grate the vegetables with a mandolin.

Spread the black tapenade on the puff pastry and arrange the grated vegetables. Squeeze 1 lime juice on top. It's ready !
