La Gran'Draille ... named after the Martin orchard, at the foot of Baux-de-Provence. This specialty is a pure extract of Grossane black olive flesh, debittered and candied in brine for 1 year.

Its strong and fragrant taste makes it a “magic” ingredient for many recipes: to enhance mashed potatoes or an omelette, to spice up a vinaigrette (ideal with endives) or more simply as toast as an aperitif.

Jean Martin has been a family cannery for 3 generations, which has become a reference in Provençal and Mediterranean cuisine. All our products are 100% natural, without colorings or preservatives, and we work daily to ensure that at least 70% of the ingredients are grown in Provence.
