Recipe for Poivronade Tart with smoked salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of pepperade
  • 1 puff pastry, ideally rectangular
  • 100g slices of smoked salmon
  • 80g of arugula
  • ½ candied lemon

Recipe

Spread the jar of Jean Martin Poivronade on puff pastry and place in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.

Slice 100g of smoked salmon and half a preserved lemon.

Spread them over the hot Poivronade tart.

Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and add a little arugula.
