Recipe for Tortillas with Sundried Tomato Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Sundried tomato cream 110g Jean Martin
  • 4 small corn pancakes (approximately 15 cm in diameter)
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • fresh basilic
  • olive oil

Recipe


Generously spread Sundried Tomato Cream on 2 pancakes, up to 5 mm from the edge.

Cut the mozzarella ball into thin slices. Place them on each of the 2 already spread pancakes

Add 2/3 torn fresh basil leaves on top

Cover with a pancake to form a sandwich
