Recipe for Mini-skewers with fig confit

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Jean Martin fig confit
  • 3 slices of sandwich bread (without the crust)
  • 1 fresh goat’s or sheep’s cheese
  • possibly poppy seeds.

Recipe

Spread a layer of cheese on a slice of sandwich bread, stack a new slice of sandwich bread spread with fig confit, finish by layering a slice of sandwich bread spread with cheese Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Cut the cube into 9 squares then place the pieces of fruit (figs, grapes, strawberries) on top. Keep the skewers cool.
