Savory eggplant bread recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Jean Martin eggplant bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of thick crème fraîche
  • 80 g of smoked salted salt.

Recipe

Beat the eggs and crème fraîche. Add the smoked salt cut into matchsticks. Mix with eggplant caviar. Pour the mixture into a buttered cake mold and place in a hot oven (210°). Leave to cook for approximately 30 to 35 minutes. Unmold and serve with tomato basil sauce.
