Chorizo Pepper Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Jean Martin pepper bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of thick crème fraîche
  • 50 g of chorizo crumbled into nuggets.

Recipe

Beat the eggs and heavy cream. Add the chorizo nuggets. Mix with the jar of Pepperade. Pour the mixture into a buttered cake mold and place in a hot oven (210°). Leave to cook for approximately 30 to 35 minutes. Grill a few slices of chorizo for 3 minutes in a hot oven. Unmold the bread and serve it with the tomato pepper sauce and crispy slices of chorizo.
