Length : 2 hours (10 am to noon)

• Participants are welcomed (max 8 people) in the kitchen area
• The Jean Martin establishment is introduced
• The day’s recipes are introduced
• Tasks are distributed and dishes prepared
• Discussion and chat around the table
• Enjoy the meal with a glass of wine
